As said before in the previous blog, I was challenged by multiple issues. However, overcoming these issues were not hard. I acquired many separate ideas that aided in fixing them. Many directors and filmmakers overcome their challenges by asking for assistance within the crew or researching how others deal with them. For me, these solutions came almost immediately. This may be because of previous issues I have encountered and fixed in my personal life. One of the issues mentioned in the last blog was my dad filming improperly. I overcame this by asking my mom to help me record instead. Not only was she more willing but also more supportive. Moreover, she cooperated accordingly unlike my dad.
To add to this concept, it is known that Mina did not cooperate easily as well. To fix this, I decided to use another one of my dogs. The reason Mina was not a good option was due to her lack of walks and training. I have also only had her for only a year. However, Mochi, a Pomeranian that I have had for almost 5 years was trained greatly. This is because he has gone on multiple walks. He is now considered a professional. For example, while recording in the forest for the "searching for the dog" scenes, he would stay close to me and my mom. He would not run away and would stay out of the scenes when told.
