A few ideas I had for editing include small glitches in the trees, a dismorphed face on the doppleganger and slight stings. These all enhance the continuity in my film. It also helps create meaning behind each action.

Diving deeper into the use of stings, I learned that they are mostly used to strengthen jump-scares. A jump-scare is when an action or person immediately pops up on the screen. These are mostly used in horror films to grab an audience's attention. This hooks the viewers and keeps them on edge. Although my film will not consist of any jump-scares, I will use stings to replace them. I intend to use stings in the shots during the doppleganger screaming and first appearing. Doing this will cause my audience to feel unnerved or uncomfortable.

Furthermore, the idea of a dismorphed face on the alternate shows its lack of human aspects. Not only does this generate suspense but it shows that the alternate may be dangerous. As humans fear the unknown, this will perfectly express the doppleganger's potentially dangerous intentions.

Moreover, a glitch in the trees may be a small addition but it acts as foreshadowing for the upcoming scenes. This is an important detail I would like to add to lift more meaning into my production. With foreshadowing, confusion and suspense are activated, escalating a viewer's' imagination and thoughts. I may achieve this edit by using a template from kine master or downloading a software that can generate it for me to paste onto the shot.
