Throughout my project, I was very stressed about what I would do for my CCRs. I knew they were a very important part concerning my grade. Though, this quickly changed when it came time to create them. When I came up with an extra "easter egg" for my talking head CCR, I was exhilarated. This idea was that towards the end, when I don't have any more important information to talk about, I would add glitches to the film. This is because I wanted to emphasize my disappearance. After I disappeared, I would get back into my chair like nothing had happened, as if I was starting all over again. However, once I say the same thing twice, I act confused asking "What do you mean I already talked about this?", referring to my audience. Then, I would glitch out.
The meaning behind this refers to my film. This means that it revolves around the idea of alternates or dopplegangers. I thought adding this little edition would entice those who view my reflection. Not only that but it further implies how I have improved my editing skills. I say this because in my talking head CCR, I answer the question, "How did my production skills improve throughout this project?". Additionally, it explains how much more I have learned about analog horror. Moving on, more successful moments happened while filming my CCRs. This includes the completion of my podcast. I was very proud that I got it to look like a real podcast. For instance, I added a beginning photo with music. This acted as a slight intervention before it starts. Then, I bought a microphone from five below and used it as a prop to speak as the interviewer and interviewee.
