Post #48 If "Another Me" Was Real

 Another Me falls under the horror category. So, in order to captivate my audience and reel them in to watch my movie, I will have to advertise. To do this, I can utilize advertising on multiple platforms like Spotify, Tiktok, Instagram, and other apps. The reason I want to advertise on these specific apps is because my film reaches the age range of those who also use them. 

Getting more into the details of how I will achieve this is creating a preview. On this preview, I will include plenty of genre conventions found in the horror genre. For example, I would add a dark forest, minimal lighting, silhouettes and glitches. This adds to the genre because it shows that it relates to analog horror.

Furthermore, I believe stretching my resources onto billboards and online advertising will reach my audience quickly as well. This is due to the fact that many people in the late teens age use online resources. Those in the mid twenties range may also be driving and see my film on road billboards. To make it even more interesting, I can use different images or quotes to enhance the effectiveness of this technique.

Moving on, I believe that paper advertising will not display my film correctly, This is because not many people in the late teens to mid twenties age range use paper advertisements. This can range from newspapers to magazines. These are also mostly used for flashy news and fashion drama.
